Dr. Kirstin and Dr. Taryn offer an array of different massage therapy services that are used for different cases and conditions. Our philosophy at this office is that every body has a different story, so we adapt our skills to each unique case we encounter.

Dr. Kirstin has a strong emphasis on utilizing myofascial release, trigger point, and orthopedic massage techniques within her massage sessions.

She has successfully been able to decrease myofascial pain, help frozen shoulders, decrease headaches, improve range of motion, alleviate tendonitis symptoms, and reduce symptoms stemming from sciatic or lumbar myalgia through bodywork alone.

Dr. Taryn has attained many specializations such as sports massage/ pin & stretch, deep tissue, and craniosacral therapy to utilize in her massage sessions.

She has helped patients who have experienced cluster headaches, TMJ issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains and strains, sciatica, and other neurological or musculoskeletal issues.
