Spiritual Experiences

For meditation and yoga to show value in our lives, results must show in our day to day lives.

Sometimes we look towards indications of a soul presence, be it God or some version of a Higher Power in our lives. We may sense through soul presence we can find ourselves on the right track. Meditation brings us presence of connections to something greater.

Experiences can demonstrate we have tapped into a source outside of us that can keep the spiritual experiences alive and well. That is, if we choose to accept and ride the waves of a spiritually-driven lifestyle.

The world can present such turmoil in our everyday, but we can find some blessed moments to be where we are in the now-space. We can see in daily news reports of violence, chaos, and destruction we often can find extreme sensitivity to the world surrounding us. What we can do to stabilize is create a foundation with prayer and meditation that can provide calm in the middle of the storm. This storm can be metaphorical or even physical, when environmental mayhem can present our lives with problems.

When we are centered in a way where nothing can shake us, we can respond to fears and worries with peace. Today I encourage you to sit on this mantra and meditation for your next connection to breathwork, meditation, or yoga practice: “I will seek whatever answers I may need to understand my spiritual experiences and incorporate them into my daily life.”
